About Me

Hi, my name is Hudson.

I am a birdwatcher and I’m 10 years old. I have been birding since I was 8 years old. I document birds with my Sony a6000 camera with a 300mm lens. I also use a system called ebird to record all of my findings.

One of the reasons I care deeply about birds is that some species are declining because of the deforestation that kills birds, plants and animals. If it continues, the birds could die out. My favorite place to bird is John Heinz which is near Philadelphia because of it’s amazing habitat. I also like to visit Bombay Hook in Delaware and many local fields and preserves to find and study birds. Someday, I want to travel all over the world and see every bird.

I live in Pennsylvania with my family – mom, dad, 3 sisters, 2 dogs, a cat and a bunny. Besides birding, I also like to fish and play football and golf.
